I’m so glad you asked. Working out in the gym is a huge part of transforming your health, but they say “abs were made in the kitchen” for a reason! No matter WHAT your goals are—to lose weight, to gain weight, to gain muscle, or body recomposition, you either need to be in a caloric deficit, a caloric surplus, or a maintenance caloric intake, and what you use to fuel your body matters. That is where I come in. I can show you how to track NUTRIENTS, not calories, and help you shift your habits to healthy ones- both physically and mentally.

✓ We start with your baseline recommended Macros, and we will tweak and progress them over time to fit your individual body chemical makeup, and your goals.
